Bella has just entered our lives on Wednesday, June 9, 2010. We brought her from the Agoura Hills Animal Shelter with the approval of Malibu Pet Companions, a non-profit organization funding medical care for homeless animals.

Bella is an 8 year old mixed chihuahua with a heart murmur and a bit of an enlarged heart. She is the most incredibly sweet docile girl we have ever met. She adopted us before we even realized what was happening! We are so lucky and happy to bask in her love.

One of her biggest pleasures are to be with people and children and she is not shy to share her love and kisses with them. Her beautiful tail never stops wagging and she loves to sit on our lap where ever we. Working on the computer has never brought so much pleasure as it does now.

Our family life is so much more complete with her in it. We dare say that in a short while Bella and Paches (our 15 year old Calico cat) will become the best of buddies. Getty (our cockatiel) and Bella are getting along spendidly. Neither one shows much interest for the other!

We hope you think Bella is as adorable as we do! And if we may say so ourselves, she looks really good on the small Flare bed. Perfect color contrast!
